We describe all items as accurately as possible, including any chips, cracks, or other imperfections. Please note that colors or product appearances may vary depending on your device.
3. Orders & Returns
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Maison Lou reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are confirmed once payment is processed.
Important: We do not accept returns due to the vintage and unique nature of our products. All sales are final.

Prices are subject to change without notice and are shown excluding shipping and taxes. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase, and you agree to provide accurate payment information.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. For other countries, please contact us to discuss options.
We strive to dispatch all orders within 3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. Once products are handed to the carrier, title and risk pass to you. Tracking information is provided for all orders.
